Xeren Labs collects the information you provide directly (account details, shipping address, order history) and standard technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the site securely. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

We do not sell customer data. Information is used solely to fulfill orders, provide account access, and — where you've opted in — send product and promotional updates. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@xerenlabs.com.
